2026 Annual Ops Challenge Sponsorship

Event Description
Thank you for supporting the 2026 CSWEA Ops Challenge. Your sponsorship helps cover airfare, hotel, and meals for operators whose utilities cannot fund the full trip, along with consumables like practice pipe, saw blades, jerseys, and hard hats
There are two options for sponsorship this year:
2026 Annual Team Sponsorship
$800 - SPONSOR LOGO AND NAME ON JERSEY, BANNER, AND PUBLICATIONS
Your logo joins the others on the jerseys and hard hats worn by both CSWEA teams, and your
contribution directly funds team travel and consumables
Safety Event Platform Sponsorship
OPTION A - $1500 – SPONSOR LOGO LASER CUT MOUNTED TO PLATFORM EXTERIOR (PERMANENT)
OPTION B - $500 – SPONSOR NAME ONLY ON PLATFORM EXTERIOR (PERMANENT)
Our Ops Challenge members told us their number one request was a dedicated safety training platform — surface and supporting structure, step unit, and guardrails. The full package runs roughly $45,000, well beyond anything our Member Association has taken on before. We have closed two-thirds of it, but still require yor help to achieve the final $15,000
Beyond team practice, the platform re-engages our safety committees — our annual safety award winner gets access for their own facility's training — and supports new hands-on modules in the CSWEA Certified Operator Training Program. Because this equipment will travel the tri-state region for years, sponsor recognition is permanently affixed to the platform itself, not printed on something replaced next season.
Placement assigned in the order received. If you work in fall protection, confined space, PPE, gas detection, rescue equipment, or safety training, your name stays on this platform every time an operator in Minnesota, Wisconsin, or Illinois trains on it.
